Select your preferred template customization package, per your project scope, needs and vision — we have three! If you're unsure which package might best suit your needs, simply submit the application below to schedule a pre-booking 15 minute advisory call and receive a customized project proposal.
02. Schedule Your Project Advisory Call
After selecting and booking your preferred package, you'll receive access to a booking calendar. to schedule a 30 minute project advisory call with our design team. This is where we’ll discuss your vision, goals, and any specific customizations you'd like, ensuring we're fully aligned before ever settling in at the keys.
03. Complete Your Project Workbook
Once you’ve accepted the terms and conditions and submitted payment, you’ll receive access to our client portal. Inside, you’ll find your project workbook, where you can provide all the details and assets we need to get started. This step sets everything in motion and prepares us to deliver a seamless customization experience.

Do I need to purchase a template prior to reserving a template customization project?
No — we're happy to help pair you effectively with the best template to suit your aesthetic preferences, overall vision and site content scope. However, you will need to purchase the recommended template prior to your scheduled project start week.
Does template customization include domain support, blog migration and basic page SEO?
Yes! We will provide all technical support as it relates to the amount of pages contractually agreed upon, including domain configuration, blog migration and basic page SEO.
Does template customization include website copywriting or image sourcing?
No, you will be responsible to provide a GoogleDoc with copywriting per each page contractually agreed upon to design — along with a sufficient supply of imagery sent via WeTransfer or directly saved within your ShowIt Media Library. Should you need a trusted copywriter recommendation or brand photographer, reach out here.
What website platform do you work with? Does my website have to be designed on Showit?

Do you offer customization for templates from other designers?
We gladly take on customization projects that start with a Showit website template from other reputable designers. We’ll gladly point you in the direction of some of our favorite Showit templates on the market that work beautifully for full-scale customization.

My project needs fall outside of the scope of the options listed here. Can I request a customized Project Proposal?
Of course. We understand that website design is not always a one size fits all. Should you require e-commerce functionality, broader development or simply believe a custom Proposal would better suit your needs, submit the application here and select the option to receive a custom proposal.
What is the timeline for a template customization project?
Our Essentials package is completed over the course of 2 dedicated work days. The Signature package is completed in 5 dedicated work days. The Premier package is completed in 2-4 weeks, dependent on project scope. All packages, however, include preparation and wrap up phases prior to and following the project day(s) or week(s).
Upon booking, you will receive access to next available dates and have the opportunity to select a preferred project day or week, based on availability.
