TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF IMMEDIATE BOOKINGS

NOTICE: These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​are​ ​legally​ ​binding.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​Your responsibility​ ​to​ ​read​ ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​carefully​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use,​ ​or​ ​access​ ​of​ ​any​ ​of​ ​Our​ ​products,​ ​including​ ​immediate bookings available on the website.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned and operated by Meggan Stefan LLC, a New Jersey company. Our principal place of business is located at 3817 Crosswicks Hamilton Square Road, Hamilton, NJ. You must be at least sixteen years of age to use Our website. Use of this website is at Your own risk. We host Our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, We make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety of Your individual use of the website. 

SECURITY

It is Your responsibility to secure Your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these Terms and Conditions of Use.

We do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, and instead, these are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe, Paypal, or Shopify. By utilizing these payment processors to gain access to the Offering, You indemnify Us and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details, and agree to be bound by the third-party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use.

PAYMENT

To secure your booking, the invoice is due upon booking. For a Design/Site Intensive, 50% is due at booking (non-refundable) and 50% is due the day of your Intensive. If you change your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund. If you cancel at any other time, a refund of up to 50% is at the discretion of the Designers based on timing, effort already expanded, and ability to fill the time with other work.

DESIGN INTENSIVE DAY

After scheduling the Design/Site Intensive, Client agrees to submit the Project Workbook 3 days prior to the scheduled VIP Day. Any failure to submit required materials will forfeit the Client’s place on the schedule and is not subject for a full refund. 

HOURLY BOOKINGS

Client agrees to hourly services provided by Meg at the rate of $375 per hour. A general idea for project scope will be communicated by Client to Meg 72 hours before the scheduled hourly work. Meg will communicate an estimated time reservation for the project. This estimate is an estimate and can be more or less based on the needs during the project and the collaboration during the slated hours.

TERMINATION

If at any time We feel You have violated these Terms and Conditions, then We shall immediately terminate Your use of Our website and any related communications as We deem appropriate. Your booking is contingent upon approval by Us confirming that we are a good fit and that the materials you have provided are sufficient for the booking. If we cancel the booking, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

As part of any Intensive Day Booking, you will be asked to consent to these specific Terms & Conditions. By Agreeing with these Terms & Conditions you also consent to Our Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions of megganstefan.com. If You have consented, or once You do consent, the terms of all three agreements, herein constitutes the entire agreement between clients and Our company relating to the use of this website and a Intensive Day Booking.
