do i need to purchase a template prior to reserving a template customization project?
No — we're happy to help pair you effectively with the best template to suit your aesthetic preferences, overall vision and site content scope. However, you will need to purchase the recommended template prior to your scheduled project start week. Code STUDIOSTEFAN will also save you 15% on any Tonic Site Shop template.
does template customization include domain support, blog migration and basic page seo?
Yes! We will provide all technical support as it relates to the amount of pages contractually agreed upon, including domain configuration, blog migration and basic page SEO.
does this include website copywriting or image sourcing?
No, you will be responsible to provide a Google Doc with pre-written copywriting ready to go per each page contractually agreed upon to design — along with a sufficient supply of imagery sent via WeTransfer, Pixieset, or directly saved within your ShowIt Media Library.
what platform do you work with?
We exclusively work with — and recommend — Showit, a drag-and-drop website builder that makes it easier than ever for you to manage your site post build. As such, we don’t offer customization or templates for Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow. (Who said playing favorites was a bad thing?)
Do you offer customization for templates from other designers?
We gladly take on customization projects that start with a Showit website template from other reputable designers. If you’ve already purchased a template, we’ll confirm if it’s a viable choice before embarking on the project. Not sure which one to choose? We’ll gladly point you in the direction of some of our favorite Showit templates on the market that work beautifully for full-scale customization.
what is the investment?
Our clients invest an average of $6k on a website with 5 core pages, 4 featured galleries and 3 always-included pages (like a Form Submitted page, 404-redirect and Legal). For smaller sites, refer to our single day package here.
